Weird but is it possible?

I was about to pee this morning and I really had to sneeze. I was on the toilet and the sneeze came out and harshly forced the pee out also. It was a little painful but soon didn’t hurt. When I wiped there was faint pink on the toilet paper? Is it possible I could have made myself bleed a tiny bit, or should I worry about something else?
