So I accidentally dislodged my iud last week. My gyno took it out, since it couldn't be put back in the correct position.

Today, I went to get a new one inserted. This time I knew what to expect, so I wasn't as nervous. This helped a lot! It does hurt a bit, two cramps that each last a minute or so. But that's it!

Threads were cut very short so I won't be able to dislodge it again!
