Administering Ovidrel????

Hi,
My fertility Dr upped my Letrozole to 7.5mg this cycle and I took it from day 3 to 7. I am also passing ultrasounds to see the growth on my follicules. 
I am expected to take the Ovidrel soon and it is refrigerated. My question is, how long do I take it out from the refrigerator before I administer the shot? 
This is going to be my first time with the trigger shot and the 
IUI. I am so nervous, please help lol

I did it right out of the fridge.

There is no safety/efficacy reason for taking it out for thirty minutes to come to room temp - it’s just a patient comfort thing. It won’t sting as much if is room temp

I took it out 30 mins before injection time.

I took it out right before I administered it - I was worried that it would feel cold, but honestly I think the actual medication amount is so small that you really don’t feel the temperature. It stings a little, but it wasn’t too bad.

According to the manufacturer it can be at room temperature for 30 days before any thing will happen to it. Mine was probably out of the fridge for about 2 hours before it was injected, felt nothing

When I did my Ovidrel I did it right out of the fridge. Didn’t notice anything. I wasn’t even told to bring it to room temp until I saw it on the box after the fact lol.
