Ava bracelet?

I’ve read some really good things about the Ava bracelet. But I can’t warrant spending £250 on it and then a monthly subscription fee on top. Is there anything similar? Like a cheaper alternative?

From what I found is there is Mira and Yonolabs.. I do t know about price tho
