I've been betrayed by my own mother.

Ja

I don't know what to do. I don't know who to talk to. My husband is so pissed off he left the house. My grandfather died a couple years back and he was a very successful man when it came to money. He bought so many coins made of real gold years ago. Each coin is an ounce. In his will each grand kid was supposed to get four coins and his two daughters got six coins each. My mother refused to let any of us have our coins and she had been selling hers left and right and she took a coin from each of us. My siblings had told her to sell one or two of theirs too for whatever debt or surgery they needed/wanted. My mom said she going to put some back for her grandkids too.

Well I did owe her money when I went to move from a different state last year, expenses were just too much and she said at the time, no interest and no worries about paying her back. I got my income tax return and went to give her the money that I owed her for her to tell me she spent all three of my coins in their weight in gold instead of going through a collector so I didn't have to worry about it anymore. Even though I had told her I wanted to pass my coins to my own kids or grandkids and not sell them on more than one occurrence. She took the three coins that she was going to give my kids and said they were mine and she wasn't going to pass any along to them anymore.

I flat out told her she stole from me and didn't even tell me that she did it, and that I no longer trust her and demanded for the three coins to be in my own possession for my own firesafe. She got upset saying she did me a favor. I get it was a debt payed off but I have been working my ass off to pay her back with hard earned money just for her to tell me that she spent my inheritance without my consent to pay herself back.

The worst part is she doesn't understand that the guy who she sells these things too rips her off especially when she sells more than one coin at the same time. He doesn't sell her the exact weight in gold so he can get at least a decent profit off of it no matter what, which he has told her. He takes the coin and tries to sell it to a collector first for a way bigger amount than the price of gold. If he can't find a collector he sells it to someone wanting to buy gold and they get to do whatever they want with it.

She is now getting defensive and claiming to write me out of her will because I'm upset about it.
