I’m from the UK so things might differ but here there are lots of free apps you can download like happify and moodkit. There are also some great charities that will help, a quick google should bring up loads. Although the last thing on most people’s mind exercise is also a great help! Take one day at a time and reward yourself for the successes no matter how small you think they are, even leaving the house can be hard sometimes. It will get better xx
Depression
How do y’all deal with depression? Like I don’t have the money or insurance to talk to a professional so what do y’all do to help with your mental help. Looking for ideas so I can try to see if anything helps
