Morning sickness And heartburn

I’m over her about to have a mental breakdown. I feel like I can’t eat anything. So far pickles, potatoes, and cheese makes me full on vomit and everything else cause stomachaches or heartburn. Any suggestions. Also ginger ale does nothing!!
