Mild moderate cramping is normal, severe cramping is sometimes normal if it goes away by changing movements. Bleeding can be normal too. If you have severe cramping that doesn't go away and you have heavy bleeding thats red go straight to the ER and tell your doc when you see them other wise you can take Tylenol to help ease some discomfort.
