I wanna know how waters break? And how it feels?!

My 37 week girl sometimes bashes her head against my cervix and i always think "yes girl break my water go on then i dare you"

Shes had her head wayyyy down since 30 weeks. My midwife and scan people always commented how low she is

So when and IF my waters go will it be like that? Will it be cos of her bashing her head into my cervix? What does it feel like?
