Eating troubles :(
11 days pp and I’m breastfeeding but have ZERO appetite 😭 I’m just now having my first “meal” of the day but I literally only take 2 bites then I’m done. I’m more concerned cause I am breastfeeding and I don’t know how this can effect my baby?
Is anyone else feeling this way? What’s helped?!
