Belly Fat Question?

Does anyone else get this? My belly fat comes to a complete drop off and it creates a huge shadow and it's a big insecurity of mine. I workout a ton and eat super healthy but it just won't go away. Does anyone else have this? I'm considering coolsculpting. I have to wear my underwear high up to hide it.

I’ve had a belly like that since I was 12.
I’ve literally gone from extremely fit with abs, to malnourished, to slightly over weight and always have a belly like yours!
It gets smaller when I’m under weight or really in shape, but I’ve just accepted that it’s a part of who I am.
Hopefully you can accept it, too 💗 It’s not a flaw!

Start running, before you know it your belly will be gone. 
I had a big belly lmao it’s flat now because I’ve started jogging every morning. Running tones you up everywhere. It’s hard at first but it’s kind of become addictive. It’s helped with my anxiety tremendously. 
Your little belly is cute btw. I don’t even think that’s something that’s necessary to try to hide or get rid of but if it will make you feel better about yourself I really suggest running. Working out is one thing but feeling that wind on your face and feeling your lungs getting stronger as time goes on is so rewarding.

Mine is like that too, has been my whole life, even when I used to take add medication and was super skinny in the arms, legs, jawline, I still always had that a bit of a tummy pooch (less so, but it was still there). The women in my family carry weight in the middle. I workout but have kind of accepted that it’s genetics at this point. We all have out imperfections ... I do a lot of high waisted cut pants and just to my best to wear flattering items

Yes! I've had this when I was young and a 00 and now. I HATE it. I'm not active either which would probably help. It's right where my jeans sit so it makes my belly bulge when I sit 😭

YES!! I call it my belly shelf. I've always had it. Even when I was underweight, when I was malnourished, when I was in the bet shape of my life. Still had it. I could never get rid of mine.
