Implantation bleeding??

Hey guys so I just had my period in march and I'm not supposed to have my period for another week or so and I spotted a few days ago for 1 wipe and it was pink. And I was supposed to just ovulate yesterday. Then the last 3 days ive been spotting and barely anything on my tampons but it's been light pink and brown and ive been cramping and really sleepy..and Peeing a lot. My breasts feel heavy but not sore. And I also took pregnancy tests and they both were neg. Should I wait longer to test? Any ideas what this could be???
