Pump - What does your insurance cover?

I contacted Aeroflow and it seems like it didn’t get approved. (I know I have to call my insurance but it’s closed until Monday) so I’m curious as to what your insurance covers?
Besides the pump, what else does your insurance cover like pumping supplies?

Mine covered the pump and necessary accessories (like tubing, flanges, collection bottles, power adapter). I could have paid extra to upgrade to a different pump or to add a pump bag but chose not to so I never paid anything. Around the time my son was three months old Aeroflow sent me an email and said my insurance covered replacement parts if I would like them, so now I have two sets of the tubing, flanges, bottles, valves, etc and still never paid for them!

I think mine covered the whole bundle, i was never charged anything. My insurance was gonna cover up to $500

Mine covered the medela pump in style advance starter kit but nothing additional. My doctor submitted a script for me and it was shipped to house.

It was taking too damn long and I never found out if it was even covered. I gave up and my mom bought me one for my birthday lol.
