Hey mamas!

My son started food around 4.5 months. He was doing great eating and pooping for a month. The last few weeks he’s been constipated, even though I’ve been feeding him pears, prunes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash etc. he eats 1 -1.5 tablespoons oatmeal cereal at night but I’ve been mixing it with prunes to help him go but no luck. He won’t take water unless I water down my breast milk.

I’ve also done belly rubs/massage to help but those don’t seem to work either.

Any tips? Advice?
