Does This Look Normal?

I gave birth 2 weeks ago, and never had a chance to look at my boobs til now. I knew they had stretch marks, but they look super red and swollen to me. They are sore but not any more sore than I’d expect.
Is this normal? I am breastfeeding/pumping btw.
