I am 6 week 4 days and started having nausea whole day vomiting multiple times, very tired , do not want to eat food at all, headache occasionally, sore boobs, severe insomnia. I am like what’s going on?

I’m 6 w 3 d and I have nausea not actually throwing up though sore boobs fatigue and I’ve been really bloated constipated off and on and gassy probably TMI but everyone has different symptoms
