What helps your depression/low moods?

Girls I was just wanting to know some things that you guys do/use to deal with stress/depression ect.

I find I’m loosing my self a lot at the moment, and I’m crying a lot and just sitting in a ball doing nothing. I don’t want that, I want to make the most of life and be upbeat but I find my self slipping every time. I have a boyfriend but ofc im not with him every day, and don’t want to depend on him for all my happiness. + half of my family live in another country and my family here just don’t care about me. I had a cat I had from 5 weeks old - she was my best friend and always cheered me up and made me so happy but I had to give her away to my stepdad as my accommodation I could not keep her, I moved 3 times in a year and every time tried to fight to keep her but this time I just couldn’t. She’s at my stepdads so I can still see her once a week or every 2 weeks. But it broke my heart - was my comfort blanket along side my best mate. I did everything for the cat , she was so loved. Now I have nothing to come home too or nothing that cheers me up on a bad day or something that I just feel helps me. I don’t know if I sound stupid but my pet really helped me. But now sometimes I can’t even get out of bed, unless it’s for work. Yesterday, I spent the whole day in bed just feeling sorry for my self and upset because I have emotions and feelings I can’t contoll.

I just wondered if there’s anything you guys do to take your mind of things?? I’m 20 years old btw.
