Showering with nausea?!?

Those of you suffering with bad nausea and morning sickness, how do you make it through your shower? I get soooo sick in it, and I don’t even have the water very hot like I usually do. My showers end up lasting 30-45 minutes because I have to collapse on the tub floor and just lie there to control my nausea while I let the water run over me. It’s wash face, lie down. Wash hair, lie down. Condition hair, lie down. Wash body, lie down. It’s absolute misery and I don’t know what to do about it!

I would get a shower seat. You can get it from Walmart, Target, or Amazon. I use one so I don't pass out as easily. 😊

Eat crackers and drink water before showering. Crackers aren’t the most desirable in the morning but they help me make it through.

I dont have a shower but if i had to shower i would b doing the exact same thing. When im dressing my daughter for school its, shirt on then i have to sit down and gather myself together then i get up put her tie on then have to sut down and basically repeat this after every item till she is finally dressed. This nausia and exhaustion is too much 🙈
