My partner had sex with me while I was sleeping, after I had taken my sleeping meds.

I was in and out of sleep so vaguely remember it.

He didn’t use a condom because I have the condoms and he came in me.

I am fairly upset about this but numb at the same time..?

Is this assault?

I’ve been sexually assaulted and raped before so I don’t know if this is different or the same..

And how long should I wait to get a pregnancy test?

Thank you for all your comments of support and advice. I’m going to get a pregnancy test done tomorrow. It’s been a week or so and my anxiety is overwhelming. Thankfully I have a counsellor to speak to about this. I’m not sure what I’m going to do aside the pregnancy test. I care about him but if he doesn’t respect my body while asleep I guess that shows how he feels about me. Thank you all so much again 💗
