How long until the contractions get closer together and stronger? I went from 1cm, thick and long to 3cm and 30% effaced in 28 hours. When will the contractions start to get closer together and stronger? I was having them one day 20 minutes apart for 6 hours and then 10 minutes apart for 5 hours and then I went to l&d and that’s when I found out I was 3cm and 30% effaced, they sent me home of course. Now I’m having one every hour! Anything I can do to help speed up the process? Advice?
