Tylenol sinus and headache

I’m currently 9 weeks 3 days I’m having some bad sinus issues right now. My doctors office isn’t open and I have no way to contact my doctor. Has anyone took Tylenol sinus and headache during pregnancy? I’ve been sick for a few days and I’ve not taken anything but it’s getting worse and I’m not sleeping.
