Preggo Breakfast
Hi All!
I never eat breakfast, but now 6 weeks pregnant I (obviously) have to! I’ve been eating whatever I can find honestly, which isn’t always great. What are your quick breakfast/ any kind of breakfast preferences?
*Semi lactose-free: cheeses are fine and I can find milk substitutes but yogurt/similar isn’t an option.
Seriously struggling over here, so thank you for any suggestions!
