Flashbacks

Not sure if this is the group to post this in but not sure where else too do so,

Gave birth 4 weeks tomorrow, got induced 4 weeks today, however lately it’s all I think about.. I keep getting flashbacks, I can’t seem to remember all of the birth, it was quite an eventful experience so wasn’t sure if it’s just my mind blocking it out? This sounds silly but I actually get anxiety feelings when my mind thinks of even checking into the hospital. Night time is worse as I suppose my mind has nothing else to to focus on!

I’m just wandering if any one else has experienced this? I never did with my first born so it’s a whole new experience for em second time round...
