2 weeks postpartum bleeding

I had a schedule c section at 36 weeks +. I’m now two weeks postpartum tomorrow. I had completely stopped bleeding about 5 days after I had my son. Last night I started bleeding again, but it’s like my period. Is this possible this early on??

I’m EBF, but because my son was early he had a hard time staying latched, so I’m currently using a nipple shield. (Working on getting him off that.) Also, the last three days I’ve been extremely sick due to mastitis. I haven’t been over doing it and have been taking it easy as I had my mom down to help me.
