regrounding tips?

i’ve been in such a weird mindset lately and i feel like i don’t have anyone to talk to about it so i’m gonna post it here. i’ve been crazy busy this past few months and i kinda pushed off school but now school is coming back to bite me in the ass and i’m still busy almost every single day for the entire day (7am-10pm). i still feel super lonely the minute i’m alone and very overwhelmed. is there any tips you guys have for just cleaning your head and being able to be happy and continue working?
