Can people who are not black tell others not to say the N word
For example can a white person tell Mexicans to stop saying the n word or is it ultimately up to black folks? I’ve seen quite a few black people tell others to stop saying who can and can’t say the n word unless they are black. PS n word as in ni**a not ni**er. Hopefully this makes sense!
