Scared I’m loosing my baby at 9 weeks 5 days

So I’ve had spotting non stop since 4 weeks and then it finally quit at 8 weeks but now it’s back and I’ve had bad cramping all day along with random stabbing pains in my stomach on the side the baby’s on all day and I’m horrified I’m loosing the baby. Also every time I use my at home heart Doppler the baby’s always on the right side and the last 2 days when I lay down I have a lump raised up on that side right where I’m hearing the baby’s heart beat it’s weirding me out. I could just be looking to far into things but I’m scared as I’ve had 4 losses in a row before this one. My spotting is bright pink mucusy looking I tried to get a good pic but it was lighter pink when I took this one. Also I had really weird brown spotting last night that looked like shit and since then it’s turned pink I’m so worried. I’m going up my ob at 3:40 prayers that all is well please
