How long is your baby sleeping at a time during the night and how old?

My baby is 3 weeks and sleeping 1.5-2 hour stretches at night
Then we take 1 hour in between to burp feed and diaper change... 
how about everyone else ?

Our little man will be a month old on the 13th. The past week he has been sleeping 1 big stretch to start off the night anywhere from 3-5 hours then the rest of the night its up every 2-3 hours. During the day he varies but i dont let him sleep longer than 2.5 hours.

At 3 weeks I would keep my baby awake all evening then give her a good feed. I also incorporated a bath each evening. I did this every night and she started sleeping for 5-6 hrs at night and still is. You can try that but every baby is different...

Typically one long stretch like 2.5 hours then about 1hr 45 mins. This is from like 9pm to 7am. From 7am- 9pm her naps are usually less than 1.5 hours at a time

3 weeks. She sleeps 3-4 hours at a time starting from around 8pm. It takes about 30-45 minutes to feed, burp, change diaper and get her back in bed.

I hope this routine works because I am so tired I need some sleep

3, almost 4 weeks old and he is sleeping and waking about every 3 hours every night. Pediatrician said if he sleeps longer than 3 hours, then that’s fine as long as he eats more during the day.
