Pinkish reddish spotting
Tomm I’m 7 weeks with twins. I started spotting only when I wipe. I have this tendency to really dig the toilet paper up there to make sure I’m not bleeding. So when I do that it’s when the spot will come out. It looks like it stopped for now but worried this is the beginning of a miscarriage
