how to stretch riding boots??

hey ladies so after a long hiatus from horse riding i’m back at it but one issue-my boots wont zip past my calves!! mind you they were perfect when i bought them but i guess from me being lazy and putting on some weight my calves just don’t fit. they’re expensive boots so i’m trying to really avoid buying new ones. anyone know any remedies or solutions to stretching leather?your girl is desperate😩 these are the boots in case any of y’all are curious

You can try filling gallon size ziploc bags with water and placing them in the spots that need to stretch. Put the shoes in the freezer and the bags will expand when frozen, stretching the leather. I haven’t tried this with boots but sometimes I shop sample sales and will get designer shoes 1/2 size down and this works for me.
