Gluten causing breakouts?

A little back story some of my family members struggle with a gluten allergy.

I have always had terrible back breakouts. I’m talking from shoulders down. It looks like a regular break out and the parts where my bra sits it looks very irritated. It is so embarrassing when I have it over the summer 😭. I’ve finally started to think about the possibility of it coming from myself having a gluten allergy but I’m not sure. I’m considering going gluten free just to see how I feel but also know I may not see results from this for months!

I have been to multiple dermatologists and I’ve gotten different answers/different creams from each one and nothing has worked.

Any advice? Any thoughts?
