6 weeks 2 days threatened miscarriage
I don't feel pregnant like I did with my first two children... I had some spotting last night and went to ER... The ultrasound results were no fetal pole, no heartbeat, and free fluid around the Cul-de-sac.. I'm not sure how to feel.... I have an appointment with OB tomorrow to follow up. I'm still spotting with mild cramps. Looking for advice and encouragement
