I’m going crazy

I’m 6wks 4days according to last period, haven’t had first doc appt yet.. I feel like I’m further along sometimes.. second pregnancy and I feel immense pressure sometimes in my lower abdomen. I’m not constipated..subs just massive bloat?? 🤷‍♀️
