Sleep when your baby sleeps.
I call BS on the whole sleep when your baby sleeps business. I put my baby down. Went to the bathroom. Got something to eat. And thought - ok now time for a nap. I slept maybe ten minutes before she made some little noises and now I’m just staring at her wondering if she’s going to wake up.
