First round Letrozole fail.
I'm 13 dpo today and a negative test:
I did 2.5 mg Letrozole and I did ovulate according to opk's and ovulation pain.
This cycle was not monitored at all, just opk's and timed intercourse.
I'm calling my doctor when they open. What do you ladies think I should ask about this time. Doing ultrasounds? Increasing the dose? A progesterone blood test?
Ugh. I'm sad. ☹️
