15 DPT , spotting while on progesterone

15DPT, taking progesterone pills 200mg since 14days. Yesterday tiny spot with CM. Today pink/brown spotting when wiped. Tested BFN.

My doctor told me to discontinue progesterone after 15days (which is tomorrow). What should I do? Is it Implantation bleeding??
