Omg freaking out!!!!!!

I am freaking out I just took a test just to be on safe side cause I just turned 37 and my cycle has been a little out of wake lately and to my surprise it was positive. I don’t know how to tell my husband he just left for work and won’t be back for a week. Should I wait to tell him when he gets back? He’s a rig manager and I don’t want to stress him out but it’s so hard cause I tell him everything. We’ve been together for 21 years and have 2 boys and 1 girl 16,14,10. I’m going to have to start all over. 😬 help, lol
