Anyone that is doing (or has done) IVF have Endometriosis? Id love to hear your story. Im feeling kind of alone and overwhelmed trying to make decisions about fertility and this disease.

I am 40 and had a son naturally at 35 in 2013 (conceived at 34). I may have had endo then, but it took @6 months. I am asymptomatic for endo but had symptoms with a large fibroid half of 2018. Had it removed and throught the scans and process they found an endometrioma. During surgery, I was diagnosed with stage IV. So, due to my age and endo...we went with IVF. I'll start birth control @ 18th.

I didn't have endometriosis...but a very close friend does. They had a 3% chance of getting pregnant naturally. 6 failed iuis. Their first fresh ivf transfer worked and they have twin boys. Naturally pregnant two years after with a girl.

I have endometriosis and IVF isn’t something we’ve ruled out. But we’re going to try IUI first for a few rounds and if still unsuccessful, then discuss IVF. I wish I could offer you better advise.
