Not sure about fertility, but some of the vitamins in prenatals can improve egg quality and also it's good to have some of those ingredients built up in your system by the time your get pregnant, like folic acid, which is crucial in the first trimester.

Strangely enough I got pregnant the 9th month of trying, naturally using the ovulation kit & I started taking a good pregnancy vitamin. I’m not sure if it helped but I got pregnant. Alternatively the round of artificial insemination the month before flushed everything. Not quite sure but ecstatic either way. I guess, the answer to you question is it can’t hurt to take them.

Taking pre natals is good for your health, but it can't increase fertility. I think you're far better to improve your health with a nutritious diet, more sleep and less stress.

I Always Recommend them Before During & After Pregnancy. Prenatal Vitamins are great for preparing your body for Pregnancy.

I recommend NatureMade with DHA (DHA helps support brain and eyes development for the baby) prenatal vitamins for you. And NatureMade Multi-Vitamin for Him - for your partner. And prenatal vitamins don’t help you get pregnant; rather they help prepare your body for pregnancy. Best to start taking them at least 3 months prior to TTC - and of course throughout your pregnancy as well. But you can of course always start now too. 💜
