I know I'm not that late, but even one day off of my schedule makes me more nervous than usual. I have had my copper IUD for over 2 years now and I have never had a pregnancy scare. My boyfriend and I are incredibly sexually active, and we are long-distance so when we do see each other it is multiple times in a day (like 5-6). I have all the normal pre-period signs like some acne, a little bit of bloating, my nipples are tender and I'm kind of tired. I have also been super hungry which is absolutely normal before I start. I took two pregnancy tests because I just wanted to be sure and both were negative. I know that the copper IUD is practically 99.99% effective and it is super rare to get pregnant, and I have never had a scare before but just being a little bit late is making me nervous.
