What to do?🤔

This is our first baby and we are so excited, but I have no clue what to do. How do I go about getting my first appointment at the hospital? Also what should I expect?

Answer

Just call your care provider and say you got a positive test, they’ll schedule you an appointment with your OBGYN office. My first appointment was with a nurse practitioner, who basically gave me a questionnaire on mine and my husbands family medical/health history. You take a urine test and then a blood test to check for STDs, levels, and  anything that can affect your pregnancy. It depends on how far along you are though! I went in at about 4 weeks and they scheduled my next appointment at 6 and ultrasound at 8!
