Weight gain in first trimester
I was constantly on a diet before I got pregnant... I stuck to a diet of under 1300 calories per day.
When I found out I was pregnant I still wasn’t happy with my weight but decided to increase my calories to 1500 to maintain my weight...
I’ve weighted myself this morning (5w 6d) and I’ve already put on 1 lb...
My doctor said to try and put no weight on in the first trimester so now I’m really worried that I’m going to put on loads?
I’m already following a healthy balanced diet with no added sugar.
Has anyone else put on weight at this point even with eating healthily and working out 4-5 days a week?
