Weight loss okay while pregnant?
Okay so I am considered “obese”. 5 foot 4 and 195 pounds.
Before I found out I was pregnant, I was working out, eating about 1500 calories a day, and steadily losing weight.
Is this okay to maintain? I called my doctor to ask, and I still haven’t gotten a call back 🤷🏽♀️
I’ve read that losing weight can be healthy for pregnant women, as long as they are getting all of their nutrients, and not starving themselves/ working out too hard.
