No yolk sac visible at 5+1?

Hey everyone, 
So I just got my pregnancy confirmed at a women’s center near where I live and they did an ultrasound. They saw the gestational sac, but no yolk sac... should we be concerned? I’m not bleeding and still have several of my symptoms, but I’m nervous because we miscarried in September...

The same happened to me I went Friday I was 4w6d you couldn’t see much.  On Monday I was 5w2d and there was a gestational sac and yolk sac.  Don’t worry everytbubg is fine it takes time.

It might just be a bit to early. I wouldn't worry

I’m thinking it’s still too early. I went for my US yesterday and say nothing at 4w3d. 
When do you go back. 
Then gestational sac is a good sign :)
