Crocheted blankets that aren’t so repetitive to make?

I enjoy patterns that are always changing, rather than doing the same thing over and over again. I get bored really easily and usually give up halfway on my blankets. This is the reason why I enjoy making things like baby clothes, baby shoes, hats, etc. because the pattern constantly changes. Are there any blankets like what I’m describing? Thank you!

You could look up sampler blankets. Every row is a different stitch and/or color.

You could try a patchwork afghan/blanket. Basically you make squares of the same size, but using different stitch patterns (And you can do a few of each pattern, but in different colors) and then piece them together. There are tons of patterns online. Like this:
