Followed by stranger

I’ve only been out and about a handful of times with my one month old baba, today I popped down the road to the charity shop to drop off some donations, whilst there a lady would not stop staring at me or my little one in the carrier. I had a conversation with the lady on the till with regards to my name and address (for gift aid purposes) which the stalker lady over heard. I left the shop and went next door to a corner shop supermarket and she followed me in and continued to stare (at this point I knew this was not normal). I spent an excessive amount of time walking up and down the 4 aisles and she would always be on them. It wasn’t until we were at the till and I left the que did she leave. She made it very obvious that she was following and I felt very uncomfortable. I’m now home, doors locked but scared she might have followed me the 100ft down the road Home.

Should I report something like this? She didn’t actually do anything, just made me very uncomfortable and scared.
