Every time I hook up with someone I feel bad about myself afterwards. Why?

Either you’re not really like that and you like serious relationship type stuff better and know you don’t deserve that, orrrr maybe you just got out of a serious relationship so having other people touch you etc makes you feel shitty .. happened to me before
