Is it rude to hand a $5 bill that’s folded to the McDonald’s cashier?

I work sales at a bakery and this happen all the time. I really don’t care or find it rude. My wallet isn’t organized either😂🤷‍♀️ It’d only be rude if it was being thrown at them or something.

I dislike when people put money, especially change, on the counter instead of someone’s extended hand.... but other than that, folded money or whatever isn’t rude haha

No. Whats rude is if you pull it out of your bra. Nobody wants that sweaty boob money. Take out of your bra before you’re at the cashier and they will never know.

No . What I did find rude was a lady that handed me change (so I have it in the palm of my hand ) , forgot how much she gave me so she asks me to open my fist and starts counting the money that is in my hand like literally going through each cent and scooting it and counting .. I was literally like WTF ... I put the change on the counter and told her to tell me when she’s ready to pay !! Meanwhile my hands smell like metal 🙄

No. I work at Dq. The one thing I find rude is when people just throw money on the counter or at me instead of handing it to me.

Money is money right? Unless I’m missing something... I can only think that it’s cause you’d make the cashier count it? But isn’t that part of their job?
