Opinions??

So my periods last usually 7-9 days but I recently started the pill 2 months ago and I think what’s going on is because of that, but I want advice or opinions anyways lol

Yesterday was day 4 and I put a tampon in and did some chores and took a nap and it was in for 8 hours after I woke up. So I got nervous because it was just a regular tampon and I’m usually super heavy so I was scared I bled through but I pulled it out and it was completely dry. So I didn’t put another one in, I used a pad to go to sleep in and this morning. Absolutely nothing. So again, used another pad for work today, only was at work for 5 hours and there is like microscopic amounts of blood. And when I wipe, there’s nothing there. So is my period over? Or if I wear cute undies it’s going to come and destroy them? Just super uncommon for me and I know that the pill shortens and lightens them so let me know what you think.
