Bleeding in early pregnancy

After three years we eventually got our BFP after trying to conceive with PCOS! 🥳

I am 5 weeks and started having spotting bleeding last Tuesday and still have spotting bleeding 1 week later... I have been to the doctors and they are measuring my HCG and it’s inly increasing by 57% instead of the 66% the doctors would like it to be.

My tummy has period like cramps in it. We have another early scan next week which I’m praying that there will be a heartbeat!

The whole point in my long winded post is .. has anyone else had this happen to them in early pregnancy and gone on to have a successful pregnancy?

I’m so worried and trying to be positive but scared to get my hopes up.
